I had a bedroom flood and needed to replace the carpet pad and baseboards. Called several carpet stores who really weren't much help. Called Design Time and Tille. Spoke with Aaron and he wanted to help. He came out that afternoon, measured for the pad needed and said he would try to find an installer who could do it quickly. He found someone who could install the pad and replace the baseboards in 2 days. I truly appreciate his willingness to go out of his way to help.

What a great service Design Time & Tile has. Although when we first walked in I was surprised by the non-threatening way the staff did NOT greet me at the door. Almost offended me that no one said 'welcome in' in the sing song manner everyone seems to do these days, even though I hate that! However, the moment we asked for assistance, each person we spoke with was accommodating, kind without being overbearing, (like my dog waiting to be fed). Ron was the one who helped us look for countertops. He was knowledgable, transparent and thoughtful. He gave us a great deal on two slabs, and was quick to make a copy of the numbers and give us the name of a contractor. I would recommend this place based on my experience.

When you walk into a showroom with such a vast array of products as Design Time and Tile has, you need someone like Aaron Schmidt to help you hone in on what's right for your project. He is extremely knowledgeable about each product line, is great at understanding what you are hoping to achieve and is an utmost professional during every step of the process. I highly recommend him and the company he represents!

Aaron Schmidt is very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. The showroom is stunning and very inviting. None of the sales staff are pushy, and the quality of material being used is second to none. 5/5 Highly recommend to anyone needing a top quality remodel!

I worked with Aaron Schmidt recently at Design Time for my DIY shower project and he did a great job for me from beginning to end. My wife and I caught him at 3:55pm on Saturday (They close at 4) and he was happy to stay a bit late to listen to what we were looking for, show us quite a few options, and ultimately point us in the right direction. After the sale he stayed in constant communication about the status of our order and let us know when it showed up. We were going to purchase tile over the counter at Lowe's but in the end we're happy we spent a little bit extra for the level of service and quality of product we got from Aaron.

I cannot say enough about how amazing it was working with Kevin at Design Time & Tile. I was remodeling and needed both quartzite slabs and tile, and honestly, I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Kevin spent literal hours helping me choose tiles that coordinated beautifully and fit the overall design. I made my tile selections late in the process and wasn’t sure they’d even arrive in time—but somehow, he managed to get everything in record time. The pricing was more than fair, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Finding the perfect Taj Mahal quartzite slabs turned into a bit of an adventure, and through it all, Kevin was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind—not to mention fun to work with. From start to finish, this was one of my favorite parts of the entire remodel. Working with Kevin transformed what could have been a stressful experience into something enjoyable. I can’t thank him enough for his help bringing everything together. You’ve earned a customer for life—thank you, Kevin!
